We require a major credit card to hold a reservation per our Cancellation Policy below. The card is NOT charged at time of booking and you may use a different method of payment at checkout. When you book an appointment, we assume you've reviewed our Cancellation Policy carefully.

We do not bill any health insurance, PIP, or LNI. We can provide a superbill upon request for insurance reimbursement, and it may take up to a week to process your request.

We do not accept cash as payment for services and we do not carry cash on the premises. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX cards for payment. If your FSA or HSA card has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it, we accept it.

RAPTURE CANCELLATION POLICY
All services are by appointment only, and a major credit card is required to hold your reservation. You are not charged at booking unless you choose to prepay. You are only charged after services are rendered or when there is a late cancellation or no-show. The scheduling software sends reminders via email and text as a courtesy, but it is the client's responsibility to keep track of their appointments and to communicate with me in a timely manner when they need to cancel.

LATE CANCELLATIONS
I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation or request to reschedule with less than than 24 hours notice is considered a "Late Cancellation", and your card will be charged 50% of the service value of your appointment.

If you are cancelling or rescheduling due to illness or medical issues, I will waive the cancellation fee if you notify me via text, email, or voicemail with at least 8 hours notice. For health related cancellations with less than 8 hours notice, I charge 50% of your appointment fee as it is often difficult to fill an appointment with such short notice. I don't like having to do this but as a small business last minute cancellations really have a negative impact. Thank you for your understanding.

NO SHOWS
When a client does not show up for an appointment and no notice was given, it is considered a “no-show” regardless of the client's reason, and the card on file is charged 100% of the appointment fee (for example, $120 if scheduled for a 60 minute massage). If the client intended to redeem a gift certificate for that appointment, it is subject to forfeiture.

LATE ARRIVALS
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT
You may also cancel online using your MindBody account if giving advance notice of at least 24 hours. Late cancellations are disabled in our Mindbody scheduling system. You may also call or text me at 253-778-6375 to cancel. You may also reply to any of the automated emails sent.
