By appointment only. We do not offer walk-in services. Appointments are available 7 days a week, but we book up fast so schedule your massage right away. NOTE: Our week day evenings book up 4-6 weeks in advance and weekends 2-3 weeks in advance. As of September 26, 2021 we are completely booked in the evenings through November 2021. Carol is no longer accepting new clients and Karen is unavailable until November 1, 2021.

TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, visit our online scheduling system here. New clients must schedule online. FOR OUR SAFETY and security, we cancel all appointments without validated contact information.
We do take payment information (credit card, Rapture gift card or certificate, series or package) to hold the reservation per our Cancellation Policy below. We do this to reduce the chance of no-show appointments and late cancellations as that becomes costly for us. If you have a third party deal voucher (Yelp, Groupon, Amazon, etc), you still must enter your credit card information to hold the appointment because our system currently does not validate voucher codes. Card will not be charged at all upon booking.
If you are using a prepaid voucher or gift certificate and fail to show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the voucher is subject to forfeiture. As long as you book your appointment prior to the expiration date on your voucher, and you keep that appointment, we will happily honor it for its full value. If booked after the expiration date, it becomes a credit towards your account for the value you paid.

Our Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that things happen. If you are having any health issues (including fever, cold, flu, etc) on the day of your appointment that could put either yourself or the therapist at risk, please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE prior to the time of your appointment.
Otherwise, 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling a massage appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in that time slot. Since all massage services are by appointment only, a major credit card is required to hold your appointment. You will NOT be charged until massage services are rendered, unless you fail to cancel within 24 hours and/or no-show (see below) your appointment! If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the 50% of the service value of your appointment.
Anyone who fails to show up for a scheduled massage without prior notice is to be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full service value amount (i.e. $75 for a one hour massage) for the missed appointment. If you were going to use a gift certificate, card or deal voucher for the session, it is subject to forfeiture.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
We ONLY accept Person Injury Protection (PIP) insurance for car accidents and workers' compensation insurance via WA State Labor & Industries (L&I). We do NOT accept health insurance or private LNI.
A referral or prescription for massage therapy from your doctor, physical or occupational therapist, or chiropractor IS REQUIRED. The referral or prescription MUST include a valid diagnosis with ICD-10 code.
Be sure to bring your referral, insurance and claims information (claim number and adjuster contact), plus your picture ID to your appointment. Please verify coverage prior to your appointment. Choose "Medical Massage" when booking online.
A REFERRAL is absolutely required for insurance coverage, regardless of your insurance plan policy. That is Rapture policy. Without a referral, the session MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF SERVICE.
